二 | 最终，莫某因虚构事实扰乱秩序的违法行为被黄浦警方依法处以行政拘留处罚。同时，责令其删除相关内容并进行澄清。新京报贝壳财经记者多方核实获悉，该平台企业为小红书。7月下旬，有较多传言称“小红书已于6月底前秘密提交IPO申请”，但因前员工举报其“上市合规”问题而受阻。

三 | 对此，小红书方面回应：目前流传的IPO相关信息均不属实。
